Refund policy

For non-EU Customers

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving the last item in your order to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellations

Your order can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing it so long as it's still unfulfilled. You can do so either by contacting us at ashley@ashleywillingham.com or by logging into your account, opening the relevant order, and following the instructions to cancel your order.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom signed books (books personalized with the name of the recipient). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or digital items such as ebooks and audioboks.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

European Union Customers Only

14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days starting from delivery of the last item in your order, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

How to Start a Return or Cancellation

EU customers can request a return or cancellation directly through your account. Log in to your account, open the relevant order, and follow the instructions to submit your request. No need to contact us first—the process is quick and straightforward.
